If you stay on the service for more than three months, the device is yours to keep, free of charge. If you cancel before the three month mark, you can either purchase the device at a discount or send it back to us with a pre-paid shipping label that we provide to you.

To verify the identity of the person taking the test, a short video is recorded of the Tester while they are taking the test. The recording starts approximately 4-5 seconds before the test is taken and ends 3 seconds after it's been completed.
