Automated notifications tell a user when it's time to test. BACtrack Mobile and the BACtrack View app offer easy and discreet BAC testing.

Video and location-verified BAC results are captured and saved via the App, and automatically shared with Monitors via Text or Email.
Monitor notifications
For all plans, Monitors have the option to receive Text notifications when a test has been taken or missed. Monitors on Pro plans have the additional option of receiving Email notifications when a test has been taken or missed. Monitors can select which (if any) of these notifications they want to receive, by simply toggling these On or Off in the Notification Settings in their App.

What do I need to use BACtrack View?
Anyone taking breath alcohol tests will need a BACtrack Mobile smartphone breathalyzer (included with all plans) and a compatible smartphone or tablet running iOS 13.0 and above or Android 11 and above.
Can I use my own breathalyzer?
No, you must use the breathalyzer that is provided to you by BACtrack at the time of sign up, which is included free of charge while you are on the service. BACtrack View is only compatible with a specialized version of BACtrack Mobile Smartphone Breathalyzer.
Which Apple iOS devices are compatible with BACtrack View?
BACtrack View is compatible with Apple devices (iPhone, iPads & iPods) running iOS 13.0 and above.
Which Android devices are compatible with BACtrack View?
BACtrack View is compatible with Android devices running Android 11 and above.
Is there a fee to use BACtrack View?
BACtrack View has three pricing plans: Basic ($79.99), Plus ($99.99) and Pro ($129.99). There are no activation fees or contracts.
Do both the Tester and Monitor need to pay for the service?
No, only one person is required to pay for the service. Typically, the Tester pays, but the Monitor can also be in charge of billing.

Can I use the BACtrack View App without signing up for a free trial?
You can download and install the BACtrack View App before signing up for a free trial, but you won't be able to login and actually use the service until you've signed up.
Is there a contract?
There are no contracts nor activation fees. Start and stop your service whenever you want. Keep in mind that if you return the breathalyzer within 3 months, you will need to use the pre-paid shipping label included in the box.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Cancel.
Do I need an Internet connection to use BACtrack View?
Yes, an Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) is required to take tests and view results.
Does BACtrack View work with Android?
BACtrack View is compatible with Android devices running Android 11 and above.
