Hailey Oestreicher is an attorney whose legal experience spans family law, civil litigation, and appellate advocacy. She has served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Montana Supreme Court, prepared cases for trial, and advocated in administrative hearings. Hailey has published scholarly articles in the areas of tort law and financial technology, and has focused a large portion of her professional career on developing a mediation practice with an emphasis on interest-based dispute resolution. She contributes regularly to blogs and legal news websites on topics ranging from personal injury compensation to estate planning and child custody matters.
Hailey Oestreicher was raised in a small ranching community in Montana. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Carroll College and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, with a certificate in Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice.
Hailey lives in Helena, Montana with her husband and three young children. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys reading, crafting, music, gardening, and serving her community.
